Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had ACCC Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2015 Lexus GS350 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $19,474.76.
ACCC Insurance paid $2,006.51 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
