Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Progressive Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2018 Mercedes Benz C300 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $16,220.74.
Progressive Insurance paid $2,500.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
